We use traceable single-origin Brazilian coffee cultivated by a Q-graded father-and-son team who use a clean traditional sun drying process.
SHIPPING
The green bean is then shipped via DPD's carbon neutral shipping arm.
ROAST
The green bean is then roasted on a LORING S-35, yielding up to 80% fuel savings and reduction of greenhouse gases in every roast.

TRACEABILITY | SUPPORTING LOCAL
MILK: Our incredible barista milk comes from grass-fed cows grazing the fields near our founder's homes and HQ, where we can drive into the barn and talk to the farmers and pet the gorgeous cows.
BAKERY: Our pastries are baked fresh every morning in Hackney, just a few short miles from our London coffee shops.
SMALL BATCH: We regularly rotate in artisan products from local suppliers that are of fantastic quality and align with our values.
